Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment: All Quick Content Sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Full payment is due at the time of booking to secure your time slot. No deposit option is available for these sessions. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot will incur a $100 rebooking fee. To reschedule without penalty, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Session Expectations: These are streamlined, fast-paced sessions designed for quick-turnaround content. Please arrive on time and ready to shoot. If you're running late, that time will be deducted from your session. Deliverables & Turnaround: Final edited content will be delivered within 7 business days after the shoot. If you need a faster turnaround, expedited editing may be available for an additional fee. Location: Sessions can be held at our studio (600 Rood Ave, Grand Junction, CO) or at a pre-approved on-location space. Additional travel fees may apply for off-site shoots. Edits & Revisions: Each session includes basic editing (color correction, audio cleanup, and simple cuts). One round of revisions is included. Additional revisions may incur extra fees. Usage Rights: You will receive full usage rights for the final content across web, social media, and promotional use. We reserve the right to use clips for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise discussed.
